Sleep gets in the way

Little update here: Chronic fatigue recovery involves adding exercise back into my life and sometimes sleep-need relapses. Tonight I came home and slept from 7-11pm, which doesn’t really help me make best use of my waking free time. :P Tomorrow I expect to record a newscast (lots of material gathered) that should be up sometime this weekend.
